Ground has been broken on the baseball, softball, and field house projects. Thank you to our generous community and their support of these major improvements. The cold weather is creating havoc with our timelines. The good news is that the delay is allowing a little extra time before we have to order the recognitions for the donors. The timeline is being extended to February 28 in order to be included on the recognitions for the grand opening. We have two ways to receive recognition. 1. A donation to SES facilities can be honored on our field house on donor boards and possibly with names etched in bricks. 2. A significant donation towards the football turf can be honored in the turf. Our other fundraiser currently underway is for the Kevin Noonan memorial fund where the money would go to recognize Mr. Noonan by naming the baseball field after him. This campaign will continue indefinitely as we try to reach our goal of $275,000. Field House fundraising goal of $130,000 have been topped with current totals at $141,000. Football Field Turf goal of $200,000 is currently sitting at $51,000. Remember that Senior Night basketball is Friday night, Regional boys wrestling is Saturday, and we will host the first round girls sub-state basketball next Thursday. Donation details can be found on the front page of our website. Feel free to call the superintendent for more details.
