These future doctors are attending Doc 4 A Day at the KU School of Medicine in Salina. They'll spend their day in several sessions learning about: intubation, ear-nose-throat, patient history, radiology, suturing, and even a simulation heart & lung.

Trojans softball gets the split 4-3 in a game two shortened game. Crazy night of softball!
SES had three students nominated by their teachers to receive the Salina Optimist Club's Unsung Hero Awards. This banquet honors one student in each of the Sophomore, Junior, and Senior classes. The Unsung Heros award recognizes students who have overcome a challenge or life events but have still positively influenced their school with a positive attitude, a willingness to help, and a commitment to excellence.

The 24-25 kindergarteners were able to go to music, library, and computers today. They were also able to take a bus ride around the parking lot with Miss Stephanie! We can't wait to have them with us in August.
