Southeast of Saline Special Education (SPED) Route Program

We have a SPED school bus, mini van and a Suburban that transport our students back and forth to their specific schools every day. They pick up students and drop them off or pick them up at Southeast of Saline as well as a few different schools in Salina.
The SPED buses do NOT run on days that Southeast of Saline classes are canceled due to inclement weather or other unforseen reasons. If a guardian decides to take their student to school when SES has canceled, there will be no mileage reimbursements.

Bus Rules

Observe classroom conduct

Be courteous, use no profane language.

Do not eat or drink on the bus.

Keep the bus clean.

Co-operate with the driver.

Do not smoke.

Do not damage the bus or equipment.

Stay in your seat.

Keep head, hands, and feet inside the bus.

Do not fight, push, or shove.

Do not tamper with the bus equipment.

Do not bring pets or any type of weapons on the bus.

Do not bring flammable material on the bus.

The bus driver is authorized to assign seats.
