The 7th graders take home another gold with a 5-0 evening at the Lyons Scholars' Bowl meet. The 8th graders take home a silver, going 4-1, with their only loss coming in the finals.
Southeast of Saline is taking applications for an elementary teacher (3rd grade). The position has been posted at Educate Kansas. If you or someone you know are interested in teaching at SES then please encourage them to apply ASAP. We will be closing the application period this week and interviewing next week. JH Scholars competed at our SES meet. The 7th graders went 7-0 to get gold. The 8th graders just missed the bronze as they finished 4-3 to tie with Beloit, but took 4th due to tie breaking rules. 8th graders had some close, exciting rounds, but we forgot a picture! Great Job!
Advanced Computer Apps students introduced themselves to Mrs. Lilley's Kindergarten class today. They will work 1 on 1 together to create their own story where they are the featured character. The HS students will present books to them later this spring!
