This summer our teachers have selected their own professional development opportunities to meet their unique instructional needs. Mr. Schoenfeld, Mrs, Long, Mrs. Riffel, and Mrs. Christiancy have had a great time at Math Games That Will Make Your Instruction Come Alive with Kim Sutton. We can't wait for them to share their new knowledge with other staff and students!
5th grade band instrument tryouts are today (7-29) and tomorrow (7-30) in the band room from 3-8 pm. No appointments needed, just stop on in!!!! If the front doors to the school are closed please come in via the back door to the band room (Front west side of the building). See you then.

The enrollment issues from yesterday seem to be resolved. Please review Form 1 - Demographics for Parent and Emergency Contacts. Mobile phone and email addresses are important so that you receive these messages. Enrollment closes in one week, please update forms or call out to the offices to indicate if you are returning to SES.

We are only at 50% enrolled at this time. Please take a moment to complete the enrollment forms found on our website. You can use the district tab or the parent tab to find the Powerschool Parent Portal and complete the forms. If you are having difficulties you may call or visit the school and we are happy to assist. This is for in-district or accepted out-of-district students only. Students that do not live in our district must apply for admittance before trying to enroll.

Project based learning with Mrs. Christiancy was about ice cream trucks! Our final week we designed our ice cream truck and got to sample the products!!!!
