Today, freshman band student Diehl Forsberg is participating in Tuba Christmas at the Salina mall. Every year tuba and euphonium players get together to play holiday music at the mall. This group is directed by Steve Lueth.

Some great matches underway in Minneapolis at the Jeff Giles Memorial. SES boys and girls wrestling battling on the mat!

Madz alumni are invited to sing together at Hanging of the Greens. We will rehearse a well known "traditional" favorite ay 8:15am and perform during HoG at 9:00am, December 19th. Let's make it a fun reunion!

Congratulations to high school choir members Ava Rpert and Olivia Swenson on their selection to KMEA All-State Honor Choir! This is Ava's 2nd year achieving this honor!

Our students had fun learning about Japan with our foreign exchange student, Suzu! About 75 kids who aced their trivia got a special Japanese treat from her!

9th grade students met with Mrs. Haden to go over their Pre-ACT results. They will be brining them home to give to their parents/guardians. There is more information in your email.

USD 306 launched a strategic planning process last year to refocus our efforts at school improvement for the coming years. Every few years we revisit what we have accomplished and look forward to what is next. This document represents a summary of what we believe and what we will be working on. As we work hard to give the best possible education to our students, and create the best possible working environment for our teachers and staff, know that we always striving for excellence in everything we do.

The SES Trap Team would like to congratulate the winners of the 1/2 Hog Raffle. The drawing was held on Dec 9th during the HS Basketball game. We truly appreciate everyone who supported this great group of athletes.
