Local official Troy Olson spoke with the Intro to Officiating students today. Thanks to Troy for sharing his knowledge and experience with the students.

On Tuesday, September 9th the SES high school band traveled down to the KS State Fair to march. While marching, the band was judged and critiqued on their marching technique, sound, cadences, and more. The SES high school band was awarded a one rating for their efforts on that day. Congratulations to all high school band members!!!

Our Elementary Fun Run originally scheduled for this afternoon has been cancelled.

During the fall parent teacher conferences the music department will be doing their annual bake sale!! Please feel free to stop by the tabels outside of the theater to see what kind of treats and snacks our students have made. All proceeds go towards the students HS music trip.

The Scholastic Book Fair is coming! SAVE THE DATE for the week of September 29 - October 3 and get your reader psyched to pick out their own books!

We are taking applications for Assistant Boys Wrestling Coach due to the promotion of former assistant Boys Wrestling Coach to Head Girls Coach. Please apply on our website or call Mr. Minniman.

We are also looking for athletic helpers to work score book, clock, line judge, forensics judge and more. Most sports and activities could use volunteer helpers if you have any knowledge of the event. If you are interested in doing these jobs on occasion, please reach out to Mr. Minniman.

Come join us for pancakes this Saturday! FCCLA members will be cooking and serving up a pancake breakfast to raise money for Fall Leadership Institute and Star Events.
