USD 306 Southeast of Saline

Taryn Goetz is the student of the month at Southeast of Saline High School for February. Taryn is the daughter of Doug and Julie Goetz and a freshman at SES. Her favorite thing about SES is the supportive environment, fun classes and encouraging teachers. Taryn is proud of the fact that she has been on the honor roll each semester since 7th grade and has been in the top 10% of her class for both 7th and 8th grade. Aside from being consistently on the honor roll, Taryn is involved in Basketball, Student Council, SAFE and Science Club. Her nominator stated "Taryn is a kind, hard-working student every day. She always has a smile on her face and says “Thank you” at the end of every class period. Her hard work and kindness are much appreciated. " In the future, she plans to attend Kansas University for college and nursing school to become a surgical scrub nurse. Great job Taryn!
