USD 306 Southeast of Saline

Will Rutherford is our December Junior High Student of the Month at Southeast of Saline. Will is an 8th grader and the son of Trent and Laurie Rutherford. His favorite thing about SES is he likes the community and family that we have at SES. Will says his greatest achievement would most likely be gaining his confidence to help him achieve more late in life. He is involved in football, wrestling, track and also the manager for basketball. His nominator stated that "Will is a quiet leader.  He makes good choices and leads by example. He tries his best, treats others with respect, and is willing to lend a helpful hand when asked to!" In the future, Will plans to be a teacher or an engineer. He hopes to attend Emporia State University for college.
