USD 306 Southeast of Saline

Caden Peterson has been selected as our JH Student of the Month for October. Caden is the son of Kevin and Danielle Peterson and an eighth grader at SES. His favorite thing about SES is the great atmosphere the staff and parents provide for the students. Caden believes his greatest achievement is keeping his grades up while still participating in five sports. He is involved in football, basketball, baseball, wrestling and track. When nominating him, staff stated that "Caden is a great example of how a student should act in the classroom. He comes to class prepared and works hard each day. I appreciate that Caden has those qualities as a student and is a great example for the other students around him." In the future, he plans to attend Kansas State University to get a mechanical engineering degree and become a mechanical engineer.
